This is one of a series of FREE events for our members, running monthly (on the second Monday of the month) until June 2018.

Learn how professional online tutors can reach students all around the globe to earn in excess of £10,000 a month!
We'll run you through our hardware and software recommendations, top tips of the trade from professional online tutors, a quick pitch of why online tuition is so exciting and a live demo of BitPaper in action (aimed at tuition in maths, humanities and the sciences).
We'll then welcome a discussion between online tutors and all our attendees.

What past attendees say:
"For those tutors who are new to the world of online tutoring, this was definitely a very useful session.
This webinar, which was conducted via the “ZOOM” platform, was a great opportunity to get a bit more information on online tutoring.
All participants were given some valuable information on different platforms that can be used for online tuition .
I can warmly recommend it to anyone who seeks to further establish him/herself as an online tutor. The host was helpful and made it super easy to participate and try out the programmes that were introduced.

February Session is about MANAGING PARENTAL EXPECTATIONS
Questions and discussion will be based around the following areas:

1. What happens when a parent insists that tuition can be the ‘Magic Wand’? How did you deal with this?
2. What can you do if the student isn’t putting the effort in and not doing their own personal study?
3. How do you track student progress?
4. How do you communicate progress at the end of each session?
5. How can you confidently explain to parents that an A* may not be possible? Why? What does the student need to do to change that?
6. Crash course learning…Have you been asked to tutor more than 2 times a week and was that helpful to the student? Is it effective?
7. Do you offer support for the parents with timetabling and managing their children’s personal study plans?
8. Open Questions
