Designed for individual tutors, including both freelancers and those who work for companies
Individual Members working with children and / or vulnerable adults are required to provide a current DBS check which we are able to process on their behalf if they do not currently have one.
Members are required to sign the Code of Ethics and submit two references within four weeks of joining The Association. Members who are not based in the UK also agree that any complaint made against them will be dealt with in the UK under English Law.
Fellowship will be awarded, upon application, to those members of the profession and members of TTA and who in the opinion of the Board can demonstrate their contribution to and standing in the profession through published papers and articles, working on the Association's panels and in the advisory groups, contributing to the strategic direction of the association by being elected to and serving on the Council or the Board.
Corporate membership is designed for tutoring companies, study centres, online tutoring, residential tutoring companies and agencies. Upgrades to Principal and PrincipalPlus are available on request.
Individual study centres, franchisees or organisations attached to a Principal member can join in their own right at a reduced rate.
