TTA Trade Missions

TTA's Support for International Business Development

The Tutors’ Association (TTA) empowers its members to explore and expand into global markets, offering a comprehensive suite of opportunities designed to establish meaningful international connections and build business potential abroad. With the increasing global demand for British education, TTA ensures that its members are strategically positioned to access these opportunities effectively and affordably.

Key International Initiatives

1. Trade Missions:

TTA organises highly targeted trade missions, offering members direct engagement with international markets. In Spring 2025, we will host a Trade Mission to China, visiting the Greater Bay Area (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong), Shanghai, and Beijing. These missions include meetings with education agents, schools, and potential business partners, with flexible participation options to suit individual and corporate needs. Participants gain access to valuable insights into local education markets, with on-the-ground representation available for those unable to travel.

In Autumn 2025, a similar initiative will target the Middle East, focusing on Dubai, Riyadh, and potentially Qatar, further broadening members’ global reach.

2. Representation at Global Events:

TTA provides cost-effective representation for members at major global events, such as BETT London, one of the largest education trade shows. Members can feature in a professionally designed brochure, gain exposure through TTA’s stand in collaboration with the UK Department for Business and Trade, and network at exclusive receptions.

3. Networking with Education Agents:

Through partnerships with agent networking platforms such as StudyWorld and St Alphe, TTA ensures members gain access to over 100 education agents worldwide. These events allow members to showcase their expertise, develop partnerships, and secure a foothold in competitive education markets.
