TTA's CPD Offering
The Tutors' Association (TTA) is delighted to be able to provide its members with an online learning platform, provided by our partners at Academize. This best-in-class CPD platform boasts in excess of 100 accredited courses for TTA members to access. These resources cover a wide range of topics of interest to tutors, including some concepts and ideas at the cutting edge of educational development.
Tuition is a highly innovative sector, free from most bureaucratic constraints and highly responsive to student needs - and TTA's resources, provided by Academize, are intended to provide the reference material that can act as the bedrock for that innovation.
Please kindly note that the CPD platform is available free to TTA members and it includes full access to a variety of topics, such as:

- Safeguarding
There are over 100 accredited courses for TTA members to study, with certificates awarded upon completion.

The Tutors' Association (TTA) is delighted to be able to provide its members with additional training and resources for continuing professional development (CPD) in the tuition sector.
From university diplomas and online learning solutions, to training and edcucational resouces for those working in the area of special needs and mental health, our broad offering caters for all.
Training
Although you do not require a specific qualification to work as a tutor, many graduates find it helpful to have a professional introduction to this area of work.
The Diploma in Tutoring is a new, university-level qualification, which has been designed to prepare you for a career in tutoring. Expert lecturers from the University of Worcester’s Institute of Education will help develop your teaching skills, as well as guiding you through some of the practicalities of tutoring.
The Skills Network is one of the most successful providers of online learning solutions in the UK, funded under the Adult Education Budget.
With numerous fully funded courses available, The Skills Network help individuals to increase their skill set. The assessments are marked by free-lance tutors and the courses are accredited by TQUK and NCFE CACHE.
