Middle East Trade Mission 2025

Middle East Trade Mission - November 2025

The Tutors’ Association (TTA) is excited to announce an upcoming trade mission to the Middle East, from 9th -21st November 2025. This mission will provide unparalleled opportunities for members to explore one of the world’s fastest-growing education markets, connect with key stakeholders, and develop new business relationships in this dynamic region.

Key Details

Destinations:

The mission will visit Dubai (UAE), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Doha (Qatar).

Opportunities Include:

  • Meetings with education agents, schools, and potential business partners.
  • Insightful sessions to understand the Middle Eastern education landscape and how your business may be able to work in it, whether alone or in collaboration with local partners.
  • Networking events to forge valuable international connections.

Participation Options

TTA will offer three flexible options for participation, catering to individual needs, whether members prefer to attend in person or be represented remotely.

Option 1: Option 1: ‘All-inclusive’ option, including all meetings, accommodation and internal transfers (including internal travel in the target markets). Food, drink and flights to/from the UK are NOT included. Cost: £3,950 +VAT.

Option 2: Option 2: ‘Meetings only’ option, including all meetings, networking events and transport to/from meetings from delegation hotel. Delegates to make their own accommodation and travel arrangements. Cost: £1,500 +VAT.

Option 3: Option 3: ‘Representation’ option. TTA will represent the member and pass contact details for relevant contacts back to them. The member will not be travelling on the trade mission themselves with this option. You will be invited to UK or online events before/after the trade mission. Cost: £250 (no VAT for TTA; +VAT for BESA members).

Why Join This Mission?

The Middle East represents a thriving market for British education providers, with strong demand for tuition services and expertise. This trade mission provides TTA members with a cost-effective way to enter this competitive market, gain valuable market intelligence, and establish partnerships that can drive business growth.

Next Steps

If you would like to take part in the TTA’s Trade Mission to The Middle East, please do the following:

  1. Complete the registration form here. You must complete this form no later than 23:00 on Wednesday the 9th of April 2025 if you would like to participate. You must also pay the deposit, which is 50% of the total cost for the option you select; shortly after submitting this form you will be invoiced by our team. Your place on the trade mission will only be confirmed once we receive your deposit.
  2. Pay the 50% deposit for your chosen option by Friday the 11th of April 2025; you will receive an invoice within a few days of filling in the registration form. This is fully refundable if, for any reason, TTA does not go ahead with the trade mission; however, it will not be refundable if TTA goes ahead and you decline to participate. If, for some reason, you do not receive the invoice, please email: info@thetutorsassociation.org.uk.
  3. Await further information from TTA with confirmation that the trade mission will be going ahead and further details.
Please do not make any firm bookings (e.g. for flights or accommodation) until we confirm your place and that the trade mission is definitely going ahead, which we expect to do on the 11th of April.
  4. We will also send out a form to complete for The Middle East Trade Mission Brochure. All responses must be submitted for marketing purposes by Friday 29th August.
  5. Please note that a maximum of 25 delegates can be accommodated. If more than 25 valid registrations are received, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to delegates that have both completed this registration form and paid the deposit.
  6. Once registration has closed for the Trade Mission and we have confirmed it will go ahead – which we fully expect it to – we will send out invoices for the 50% balancing payment. This is due by 23:00 on Wednesday the 25th of June 2025
