Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

However, depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs, our events team will do their best to reallocate your ticket to someone on the waitlist. If successful, this would result in a refund – but please note this cannot be guaranteed.

You can also transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge by contacting us with their details.

Ticket sales will close on Thursday 16th October 2026, one week before the event. This is to allow us to confirm final numbers and dietary requirements with the venue.

TTA does not cover travel expenses for delegates.

Not at all! Everyone is welcome at the National Tutors’ Conference, whether or not you’re currently a TTA member (though we’d love to have you join!).

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs or require additional support on the day, please let us know when booking and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Yes, your ticket includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day. You’ll be able to specify any dietary requirements when booking.

Unfortunately, the event is not suitable for children or non-delegate guests. All attendees must have a valid ticket.
