South East Asia Trade Mission 2026
South East Asia Trade Mission 2026
South East Asia Trade Mission - March 2026
The Tutors’ Association (TTA) is excited to announce an upcoming trade mission to South East Asia, from 15th -30th March 2026. This mission will provide unparalleled opportunities for members to explore one of the world’s fastest-growing education markets, connect with key stakeholders, and develop new business relationships in this dynamic region.
Key Details
Destinations:
The mission will visit Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Bangkok (Thailand). We may also arrange a day trip to Malaysia during our time in Singapore.
Opportunities Include:
- Meetings with education agents, schools, and potential business partners.
- Insightful sessions to understand the education landscape in South East Asia and how your business may be able to work in it, whether alone or in collaboration with local partners.
- Networking events to forge valuable international connections.
Participation Options
TTA will offer three flexible options for participation, catering to individual needs, whether members prefer to attend in person or be represented remotely.
Option 1: An ‘all-inclusive’ option, which includes all meetings, accommodation (4* or 5* hotels) and internal transfers (flights between target markets within the region). Flights to and from the UK are not included. Please note, this is not an ‘all-inclusive’ holiday and delegates will still need to purchase their own food and drink whilst they are there; breakfast will be provided and meetings may include complimentary food and drink.
The cost of this option will be £3,900 +VAT, payable to TFA (TTA’s trading subsidiary).
Option 2: A ‘meetings only’ option. All meetings will be included but delegates will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation, travel (e.g. internal flights) and transport to/from the delegation hotel where travel will be organised to meetings from (alternatively, delegates can meet the rest of the delegation at the meeting venue). It is the delegates’ responsibility to ensure they arrive at the meetings.
The cost of this option will be £1,500 +VAT, payable to TFA (TTA’s trading subsidiary).
Option 3: A ‘representation’ option. With this option, TTA members will not be travelling to South East Asia themselves. Instead, TTA representatives will represent members and collect contacts on their behalf, promoting those specific members and their businesses and passing contact details back to the member to follow up from the UK.
The cost of this option will be £250. It will be provided directly by TTA (so VAT will not apply).
Why Join This Mission?
South East Asia represents a thriving market for British education providers, with strong demand for tuition services and expertise. This trade mission provides TTA members with a cost-effective way to enter this competitive market, gain valuable market intelligence, and establish partnerships that can drive business growth.

- We will also send out a form to complete for The South East Asia Trade Mission Brochure. All responses must be submitted for marketing purposes by Friday 30th January 2026.
- Please note that a maximum of 30 delegates can be accommodated. If more than 30 valid registrations are received, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to delegates that have both completed this registration form and paid the deposit.
- Once registration has closed for the Trade Mission and we have confirmed it will go ahead – which we fully expect it to – we will send out invoices for the 50% balancing payment. This is due by 23:00 on Wednesday the 14th of January 2026.
